DELIVERY POLICIES
We use third-party logistics for all deliveries. While we cover domestic shipping costs, international shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
UNDELIVERED OUTFITS
If an outfit is undelivered and returned, we will hold it for 3 to 4 days. After this period, if there is no communication, we will forfeit the payment, and the item will be discarded.
RISK OF LOSS
Once an item is shipped, the risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
